IT Systems Site Lead

Your new role : As the IT Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's IT systems, from maintaining hardware and software to developing Crystal Reports and coding for internal applications. You will also be involved in strategic planning, vendor management, and ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business goals. What you'll do day-to-day :

• Manage and upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and maintain Crystal Reports to support business operations.
• Write and maintain code for internal applications to improve business processes.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors for cost-effective procurement of IT resources.
