Established in 1975, the company has grown from a custom bicycle manufacturer to an official Suzuki importer and distributor for Ireland for Motorcycles and ATVs. Position Overview We are currently seeking a Parts Manager to oversee daily operations in our Parts Department. This is a key customer-facing and logistical role, ideal for someone with a strong interest or background in motorcycles, excellent organizational skills, and comfort using computer systems. Full training on our parts system and software will be provided. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department Respond to customer queries via phone and email Pick, pack, and ship motorcycle parts and accessories Order stock and manage incoming deliveries Maintain accurate inventory and process invoices using our system Liaise with suppliers and internal staff to ensure efficient workflow Ideal Candidate Profile Based inDublin Previous motorcycle knowledge or mechanical interest preferred Proficient with computers (basic stock systems and invoicing) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive salary and commission, negotiable based on experience On-the-job training with a supportive and experienced team Opportunities to grow within a specialist industry A dynamic, friendly workplace that values passion and initiative Skills : motorcycle experience Benefits : Parking commision
