Hotel Breakfast Chef - Part Time / Full Time

Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities.   We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Breakfast Chef to join our expanding Team. If you have previous experience in a similar role and if you believe that your values align with ours and you want to be part of a dedicated and well motived team we would love to hear from you and to hear about your passion for hospitality.

What we require from our applicants :

• Breakfast experience in a busy kitchen in a 4 star Hotel with high volume covers
• The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
• A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
• The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
• Be committed to the team
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
