The Role :

  • Working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day activities
  • Overseeing sub-contractors, operational staff, and on-site personnel while assisting the Project Manager in delivering the project with superior quality, on time, within budget, and adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Taking charge of the management and implementation of the safety management system within the project.
  • Overseeing the finalisation of both internal and external finishes
  • Guaranteeing the prompt procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
  • Delivering regular progress updates to the site management team and clients
  • Participating in and leading weekly management team meetings
  • Maintaining meticulous records of site activities and documentation
  • Active participation and utilization of our construction management platform, Procore.

    • Experience / Qualifications Needed :

  • Degree / Diploma Qualification / related Trade qualification
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in site management is required
  • Experience in Setting out is required
  • Extensive experience in high-quality finishing work is essential
  • Leadership in team management is a crucial requirement
  • The preferred candidate should possess prior experience in industrial or warehouse environments
  • Experience working with cloud-based servers and project management systems is required
  • Capability to develop a comprehensive program of works is a fundamental necessity
  • Proficient in supervising both internal and external finishing tasks to impeccable standards, demonstrating an exceptional attention to detail
