Junior Motor Sales Executive – Galway City

An established and well-regarded motor group with multiple locations across Ireland is looking for a Sales Executive to join its busy Galway City dealership. Whether you're taking your first step into sales or bringing some experience with you, we offer the training, support, and opportunity to succeed.

Monday to Friday 9-6pm hours with a competitive uncapped commission structure.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll help individuals find the right car for their needs and guide them through the sales process. Full training and mentorship will be provided—what matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Value trade-ins and assist with finance applications
• Stay up to date on vehicle specifications, offers, and pricing
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Manage handovers and maintain top-tier customer experience
• Follow structured sales processes and internal procedures
