Orange Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is inviting applications from motivated and passionate Occupational Therapists for both Senior Grade and Staff Grade roles. These opportunities involve working with both children and adults in diverse settings, as part of a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team in the Dublin and Greater Dublin area. Job Title : Occupational Therapist - Senior Grade & Staff Grade Location : Dublin / Greater Dublin Area Salary : Orange Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking applications from enthusiastic and committed Speech and Language Therapists for Senior Grade and Staff Grade positions. These are full-time, and part time roles working across children's and adult services within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team setting, based in the Dublin and Greater Dublin Area. (Senior Grade & Staff Grade) Key Responsibilities Senior Grade Occupational Therapist Deliver high-quality, client-centred assessments and interventions to children and adults with a range of physical, sensory, cognitive, and developmental needs. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff grade colleagues and students. Collaborate with families, carers, and interdisciplinary professionals to create and implement meaningful, goal-directed intervention plans. Drive service development initiatives and contribute to quality improvement and innovation. Participate in clinical governance processes including audits, risk management, and professional development planning. Staff Grade Occupational Therapist Provide occupational therapy input across clinic-based and community settings, supporting individuals to maximise their functional independence and participation. Undertake assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery with support and guidance where required. Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings, CPD activities, and service improvement discussions. Essential Requirements CORU Registration as an Occupational Therapist. A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to collaborative practice. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for community-based work.
