As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide top-level support to partners and senior lawyers across two of the firm's busiest practice areas.
You'll be trusted with managing schedules, coordinating complex admin tasks, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to partners and legal professionalsManage calendars, emails, and meeting coordinationOversee the full billing process (time entry, invoicing, payment tracking)Support client onboarding, including AML compliancePrepare, format, and edit legal documents and templatesArrange travel and manage expense claimsMaintain up-to-date digital files and client databasesSupport internal and external communications and client marketing activitiesHandle ad hoc administrative duties as neededWhat We're Looking For 4+ years' experience in a Legal EA / PA or similar high-level admin roleSolid experience with billing and financial systemsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using legal document management and collaboration toolsExcellent organisation and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive mindsetComfortable working independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer Annual discretionary bonus25 days annual leaveImmediate entry to company pension schemeWellness and gym programmeTaxSaver and Bike to Work schemesA collaborative, supportive working cultureInterested?
