Responsibilities (Text Only) You will be working with German-speaking markets to grow our Enterprise Security Sales business.
Sales Execution : Collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to solution development.
Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close Security opportunities. Business Value Selling : Hunt for new Security opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understanding customer priorities, governance, decision-making, and budget processes, and effectively communicating the value proposition. Technical Expertise : Initiate Security discussions with business decision-makers, share best practices and key competitor insights across solution areas, and act as a subject matter expert to advise on pursuit or withdrawal decisions. Sales Excellence : Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, develop competitive strategies, forecast, and analyze business to pursue high-potential customers. Growth and Culture : Contribute to Microsoft's cultural priorities by working with peers to deliver excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Giving, and Learning. Learning Mentality : Demonstrate a willingness to invest in your personal learning within the Cybersecurity arena. Qualifications (Text Only) Fluency in German. Proven sales and negotiation experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or equivalent.
