Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic support role in a thriving B2B environment? We’re seeking a proactive Customer Service Support professional to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be at the heart of our customer service operations, supporting both our valued customers and internal account managers to ensure seamless order processing, coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers and internal account managers with day-to-day needs and queriesProcess customer orders using SAP / CRM systemsIdentify and assess customer requirements to ensure high satisfaction levelsBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through clear and open communicationResolve product or service issues by understanding and clarifying customer complaintsCoordinate with logistics and operations teams to manage delivery schedulesOversee stock availability and liaise on inventory coordinationRequired Skills
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and ExcelStrong ability to communicate technical and product-related information clearlyExperience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a strong advantageUnderstanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems is beneficialPrior experience in B2B internal sales or technical customer service an advantageFluent spoken and written English is essentialPersonal Attributes
