Building Contractors & Residential DevelopersYour new organisation specialises in planning, managing and delivering detail-focused, high-quality projects for their clients. They operate across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Educational and data centres.They have several medium-to-large-scale projects ongoing and are due to start in the coming months and are seeking Site Managers to join their team and assist them in ensuring they fulfil their promise to plan, communicate and deliver projects of the highest standard with an emphasis on safety, sustainability and quality.These roles include projects that are either coming out of the ground or at a more internal phase. Your New Role & Responsibilities : These roles can be paid on either an hourly rate or on a salary basis. There is a good level of flexibility in these organisations.Your new role within the organisation is to be a Site Manager on one of several projects they currently have ongoing.Their sites typically consist of apartments, commercial space, housing, Government Works or Pharma and Data Centres. What You'll Get in Return In return for the above, you will work for a highly professional main contractor that has a pipeline of work including current projects to keep them busy for the next several years. You will have the option of either an hourly rate or salary. This can be up to €40 per hour depending on experience levels.Salaries are in the region of
75,000 to €85,000 + either a vehicle or allowances
