Reperio has partnered with an established Dublin based client who are seeking a Front-End Technical Lead to support the development of high-traffic, customer-facing web applications. The role involves leading a front-end team, setting technical direction, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple regions. This is a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers
Design and implement robust, scalable web applications
Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards
Promote the use of modern tools, frameworks, and best practices
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements :

8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role

Advanced proficiency in (v2 / v3) & Tailwind CSS

Strong experience integrating front-end systems with REST / SOAP APIs ; familiarity with PHP / Symfony backends

Solid knowledge of MySQL and data-driven application design

Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Hands-on expertise in CI / CD pipelines and test automation tools (. Cypress )

In-depth understanding of front-end architecture, scalability, and performance

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams
