GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Operations Manager to lead and oversee the full suite of outlets in Dublin. This is a pivotal senior role focused on delivering operational excellence, driving consistent service standards, managing performance, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership :

  • Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and identify opportunities for service and operational improvements.

People Management :

  • Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and teams.
  • Develop training, succession planning, and staff retention strategies.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture.
  • Customer Experience :

  • Maintain and elevate reputation for exceptional food and service.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement enhancements.
  • Financial & Commercial Oversight :

  • Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Monitor P&Ls and work with Finance Team on performance reporting.
  • Compliance & Standards :

  • Oversee health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance.
  • Ensure procedures meet regulatory and brand standards.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management :

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Candidate Profile

  • Proven multi-site management experience in high-end restaurants.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Experience in high-volume, service-driven environments.
  • Background in premium steakhouse or fine dining.
  • Passion for food, wine, and premium guest experience.
  • Hands-on leadership and adaptability.
