Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Operations Manager to lead and oversee the full suite of outlets in Dublin. This is a pivotal senior role focused on delivering operational excellence, driving consistent service standards, managing performance, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership :
- Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs and identify opportunities for service and operational improvements.
People Management :
Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and teams.Develop training, succession planning, and staff retention strategies.Promote a performance-driven culture.Customer Experience :
Maintain and elevate reputation for exceptional food and service.Monitor guest feedback and implement enhancements.Financial & Commercial Oversight :
Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.Monitor P&Ls and work with Finance Team on performance reporting.Compliance & Standards :
Oversee health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance.Ensure procedures meet regulatory and brand standards.Supplier & Stakeholder Management :
Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Candidate Profile
Proven multi-site management experience in high-end restaurants.Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.Experience in high-volume, service-driven environments.Background in premium steakhouse or fine dining.Passion for food, wine, and premium guest experience.Hands-on leadership and adaptability.Benefits
