Events Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Events Recruitment Consultant to help us staff some of the largest and most exciting live events across Dublin. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love music, festivals, and all things events – this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit and coordinate large volumes of event staff (bar, wait, FOH, etc.)

Liaise directly with major concert venues and event partners

Ensure all staff are eligible and compliant to work in Ireland

Confirm staff rosters and ensure workers arrive on time and are event-ready

Oversee weekly payroll coordination for event staff

Maintain accurate records and shift reports

Support with last-minute changes and on-the-ground event check-ins when needed

Requirements :

Previous recruitment experience (hospitality or events is a bonus)

Strong computer skills (email, Excel, scheduling platforms, etc.)

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Ability to work weekends (rotational basis – weekend on / weekend off)

Flexibility to adapt to a changing weekly schedule
