Primary Duties
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of therapists to ensure the highest standards of treatment and service delivery
- Carry out advanced skin and beauty treatments to an excellent standard
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff rotas, stock control, and treatment schedules
- Deliver in-depth consultations and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, compliance, and client safety in line with clinic protocols
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Contribute to the overall business growth through client retention, retail sales, and team performance
Requirements
4 Years minimum experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in a clinic / spa environmentProven experience in a senior or leadership role within the beauty / aesthetics industryStrong knowledge of skincare and advanced skin treatments (e.g. peels, microneedling, laser – desirable)Exceptional communication and customer service skillsA professional, positive attitude and a genuine passion for beauty and skincareBenefits
