Financial Accountant / Financial Business Partner Dublin 2 (Hybrid) Up to €80k Initially a Temp role with opportunity. This exceptional creative company are currently looking for a proactive and commercially minded Qualified Accountant to join their Dublin-based finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional with at least 4 years experience to contribute to a high-performing, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in partnering with various business units, supporting decision-making through insightful analysis, and ensuring robust financial processes. Key Responsibilities will include : Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts. Collaborate closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support business performance. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist in financial analysis for commercial decisions, projects, and strategic planning. Participate in internal audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Liaise with global finance teams to ensure alignment on group policies and procedures. Key Requirements Qualified Accountant Minimum 4 years relevant accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multinational environment. Proven experience in business partnering and working cross-functionally. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
