IT support engineer

Your new role

Join an exciting business as an IT Technician, providing essential technical support to employees across various departments and sites. As part of the IT team, you will work closely with the IT Service Delivery Engineer to roll out new services and ensure smooth IT operations.

What you'll need to succeed

A 3rd Level Qualification in Information Technology NFQ Level 6 or equivalent

Relevant certifications such as A+, Network +, MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Security Fundamentals

Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience

Strong knowledge of MS networking technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)

Experience with Exchange / Outlook and administration of switches, firewalls, and routers

Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organisational skills
