HR Generalist - Employee Relations & HR Support Location : South Dublin| Full-time | Flexibility to travel required We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. This role will support all aspects of employee relations and general HR service delivery while working closely with leadership and operational teams. Key Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the business Advise and guide on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance cases Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented in line with employment legislation and best practice Conduct and support confidential investigations and case management Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance and audits Assist with internal and external reporting, data cleansing, and analytics for senior leadership Coach and support managers in effective people management Contribute to the development and roll-out of training needs analysis (TNA), HR initiatives, and projects Support broader HR operations and transactional processes Key Requirements : Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role with strong focus on Employee Relations Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, conflict resolution, and WRC case management Third level qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable Skilled in handling sensitive issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to other sites when needed What You'll Bring : A calm, confident, and professional demeanour Ability to navigate complex ER issues with empathy and sound judgment A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to supporting people managers Strong organisational and communication skills Interested in joining a people-first organisation that values impact, empathy, and expertise?
