Junior QS | Estimator

Exciting opportunity to join an expanding company who will support your career growth and development. As a Junior QS / Estimator you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team with accurate cost management with an opportunity to be involved in the sales function.

Job Responsibilities :

• Reviewing tender enquiries and tender analysis
• Consult with Clients to understand their requirements
• Preparation and submission of Pricing Proposals in conjunction with the Head of Sales
• Timely follow-up of submissions with designated Customer accounts.
• Contract Administration - Execution of Sub-Contract and Collateral Warranty agreements, monitoring compliance and managing variations.
• Risk Management – Identify and assess financial and contractual risks
• Conducting Project Cost Analysis and preparing reports for senior management
• Variation negotiation and administration
• Liaising with Suppliers on product and pricing updates
• Final Account preparations, ensuring all costs are accounted for in order to ensure timely settlement.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, regulations and company policies.
