Engineering Manager II

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of business oues, including planning and execution
• Collaborate closely with PM and UX to define actionable, valuable work for the team
• Create a technical and product vision for the future of Loyalty at Toast and helpmunicate it across the org
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to help your teams aplish their goals
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software, including team ownership of monitoring and production issues
• Guide the team's quality and testing strategy
• Coach engineers for professional and technical development
• Recruit and onboard new team members
