Job Description

We are seeking a self-sufficient , adaptable , and deliver-focused Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team on a temporary basis.

You’ll help us navigate a busy hiring period by leading end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles, including technical and R&D functions, with pace and professionalism.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partners to drive results and ensure a first-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for core, mid-level and senior roles across regions.
  • Write and post compelling job ads.
  • Source high-quality talent using a variety of tools
  • Maintain active talent pipelines and build talent pools for key roles.
  • Conduct role briefings with hiring managers and proactively advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Screen candidates and provide shortlists to hiring teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with professionalism and efficiency across different time zones.
  • Manage offer processes and support the preparation of documentation.
  • Conduct background and reference checks as needed.
  • Administer and support psychometric testing processes.
  • Support employer branding efforts as required.

Qualifications

About You :

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles with competing priorities.
  • Confident, collaborative communicator who connects easily with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactive and solution drive, enjoying taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Experience in R&D and / or technical recruitment (advantageous).
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
