The PM Compensation Reporting & Analysis team at Millennium is responsible for all compensation related accounting, reporting and analysis for the firm's portfolio managers.

This group collaborates with Portfolio Managers, Trading Management, Human Resources, and Legal on the reporting and analysis of compensation agreements.

The team is responsible for preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaic compensation, reporting, analysis and various ad hoc requests related processes The role will drive strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation, including cross-functional collaboration with technology, senior management and portfolio managers.

Implement reporting / analysis to senior management that adds value / impact to overall business This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.

It requires you have a keen eye for detail and able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure

Qualifications / Skills Required
