German-Speaking Inside Sales Representative (SME Segment – SaaS / IT Services) Location : Dublin, Ireland

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated German-speaking Sales Executive to drive business growth within the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment.

In this role, you'll manage inbound leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets through a structured sales methodology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your SaaS / IT services sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while playing a key role in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities for Inside SalesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the SME segmentManage inbound leads, drive pipeline growth, and meet KPIsDemonstrate deep product knowledge and apply structured sales techniquesEffectively communicate and showcase the company's value propositionTrack and prioritize sales opportunities with timely follow-upsImplement strategies to optimize lead conversion ratesProvide account management and support clients' technology strategiesCollaborate with leadership and clients to refine sales processes and drive revenue growthRequirements for Inside SalesNative / fluent in German and English (C1 / C2) (both written and spoken)2+ years of experience in an SDR role within SaaS / IT services OR 6–12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributorExperience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integratorStrong expertise in prospecting, discovery calls, and sales presentationsResults-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targetsAbility to effectively communicate technical and business value propositionsHighly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environmentExcellent sales presence, interpersonal, and presentation skillsBenefits and RewardsStructured training & career development planPaid childcare / dependent care supportEducation reimbursementComprehensive VHI health insuranceBike to Work / TaxSaver Leap Card programPersonal hardship loan assistanceMental health & 24 / 7 employee assistance programApplication ProcessIf you're a motivated sales professional fluent in German, we invite you to apply.
