Role : Window and Door Estimator

Location : Nationwide

Job Type : Permanent - Full time

Salary : Negotiable depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for several  Window and Door Estimators  to join our clients’ growing teams based all across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator in the Window and Door industry to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes :

  • Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required.
  • Conducting field measurements and site assessments to gather data for accurate estimates.
  • Preparing and submitting estimates for window and door installations in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure estimates reflect project needs and timelines.
  • Analysing market trends and material costs to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Maintaining organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation.

    • Experience you need :

  • Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or manufacturing industry, specifically with windows and doors.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials associated with window and door installations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in measuring and estimating.
  • Proficient in using estimating software and other relevant technology tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Full Driver’s license is necessary
