Patient Liaison Administrator Required For Hospital in D4

Immediate Start, Initially a 6-9 Month contract

3-4 days per Week - Must be available to Work Saturdays

Salary €51K

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assessment of Private health Insured patients – discussing options with patients, obtaining signatures on Insurance forms and Private option forms as required. Full training will be provided
  • Liaising with Dept teams across the Hospital
  • Claims administration including collection of forms and reporting
  • Help with other assessment duties as required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager

Key Skills :

  • Patient Facing and Focused
  • Strong level of Excel / Reporting Skills
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Good Understanding of Claims processes and regulations
