Personal Lines Executive

Location : Dublin 10 (On-site, 5 days per week)

Salary : €30,000-€35,000 (depending on experience)

Type : Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Personal Lines Executive, you will be the trusted point of contact for our valued existing client base. This role focuses on managing renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, and ensuring exceptional customer service - all with zero new business sales pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Policy Management

  • Manage renewals, mid-term amendments, and policy documentation for existing clients.
  • Ensure all policy documents and communications are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing queries confidently and professionally across motor, home, travel, and other personal insurance products.

Compliance & Admin

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate client records on internal systems (Relay experience a bonus).
  • Follow all compliance and regulatory standards in line with Central Bank guidelines.
  • Support and contribute to a positive team environment.

    • What You'll Need

  • Minimum APA Personal General Insurance (CIP is an advantage)
  • At least 2 years of experience in personal lines, ideally within a brokerage
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for client service
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
