ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead collaborates with APP and Division leadership, serving as a liaison, mentor, and overseer for other advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, reporting, and mentoring APRNs or PAs, and acting as the division's expert on advanced practice issues.

Provides clinical leadership, supports professional development, and acts as a bridge between APPs and upper management.

Responsible for delivering healthcare services within the scope of a standard care or supervisory agreement, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to provide preventive, acute, and chronic care, following credentialing and licensure guidelines.

QualificationsNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certificationOhio Registered Nursing License (for NP)Master's degree in nursing or completion of Physician Assistant ProgramPrescriptive Authority certificationMinimum 3 years of leadership experienceAbility to maintain safety, quality, and infection control standardsKnowledge of medication administration and patient care proceduresExcellent communication skills for patient and family educationStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesDiplomacy, tact, and interpersonal skills for sensitive situationsAnalytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and problem-solvingPay RangeUSD $101,691.00 - USD $161,802.00 per year
