The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating day-to-day activity in the execution of technology and process optimization projects aligned to achieving Avolon's corporate objectives.
Role Responsibilities : Lead and manage complex projects for Avolon, owning them throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, management, and execution.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and lead the implementation of optimized solutions.Co-ordinate and manage all activities related to the project, including development and ongoing maintenance of project plans, action logs, RAID logs and budgets .Manage external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.Liaise with internal stakeholders to scope, design, test and review each phase of the project pre-implementation.Manage and control project timelines, risks, budgets and documentation.Assess project performance on an ongoing basis and produce status reports.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and manage change requests.Complete vendor evaluations and lead the implementation of third party solutions.Manage all activities related to the launch of new technologies and processes, pre and post implementation.
