Job description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Purchasing and Facilities Admin to join Europe's largest airline group.

Responsibilities include : Handle a wide variety of administrative functions to support the Purchasing & Facilities department.Work closely with Accounts Payable on the invoice payment process, including preparing invoices, reconciliation, and delivery dockets for approval.Manage key supplier / service accounts, including negotiation on costs.Maintain files and produce internal reports covering Finance, uniforms, and SAP areas.Monitor delivery dates and times of incoming / outgoing supplies, and inform personnel of arrivals / departures.Oversee facilities, organize callouts, and conduct maintenance checks as required.Manage and control archiving records for all departments.Apply building facilities management to all relevant sites.Plan and organize weekly stock movements to outstations, maintaining and updating stock records and purchasing systems.Report issues to management and propose solutions.Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the manager.RequirementsFull EU / UK driving license.Proven computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is highly desirable.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.A strong outgoing personality.Benefits include discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations.Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – matched up to 5% or €5,000.Death in Service Benefit – up to 2 times the annual basic salary.20 days annual leave, increasing to 22 days after 12 months, and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year.
