Site Manager

Job title : Site Manager Location : Cherrywood, South Dublin Type : Permanent, Full-Time Project : Residential Project A reputable main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large residential development based in Cherrywood. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in delivering high-quality residential schemes from groundworks through to RC Frame structures and final handover. Key Responsibilities : Full site management responsibility, reporting to the Contracts Manager. Oversee all site operations including groundworks, RC Frame construction, and follow-on trades. Coordinate all subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget. Ensure works comply with all planning, building regulations and health & safety standards. Liaise with the design team, client representatives and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress on site. Monitor quality control and manage snagging and handover process. Maintain site records, progress reports and manage site logistics. Requirements : Minimum 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor or developer. Strong experience delivering RC Frame residential projects. Solid knowledge of groundworks and civil packages. Trade background or construction-related qualification. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Full clean driving licence. Must be eligible to work in Ireland. Whats on offer : Competitive salary package.
