I’m working with a well-established and highly respected independent insurance broker based in  Donegal.  They continue to grow and are now looking to add a  Personal Lines Account Executive  to their team.

The Role :

You’ll focus on managing and growing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing tailored advice and top-tier service. This includes :

  • Quoting and processing policies (home, motor, etc.)
  • Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Building trusted client relationships
  • Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team

  • Salary of up €37,000 p / a to and  bonus potential (up to €4K / year + commission on large cases)
  • Exams paid
  • Generous annual leave (starting at 22 days, increasing with service)

    • Who we’re looking for :

  • APA  or actively working toward it. If you are coming from the APA IOB exams, we can also discuss the role.
  • Background in  insurance or banking  with an interest in specialising in insurance
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
  • A proactive and organised team player with a professional, client-focused mindset
