Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical roles with customer advocacy and engagement experience in complex IT environments.

Strong interest in mobility, with knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows OS.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Proactive, able to work independently and lead initiatives.

Experience with MS SQL, networking concepts, Windows Server administration, and fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities Configure SOTI MobiControl software, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Conduct discovery calls and prepare scope of work documents.

Implement, migrate, and upgrade SOTI software remotely and on-premises.

Deliver training and act as a Technical Account Manager for select customers.

Provide feedback to product teams and support documentation efforts.

Travel as needed (approx.

5-10%).
