Hire Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hire Controller to join the team of a national company that supplies plant & tool hire equipment to the construction industry. Company – National Plant Hire Company Job Title – Hire Controller Location – Portlaoise Salary – up to €37,000 / annum + bonus Role :

• First point of contact for customer enquiries
• Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
• Calculating and supply of quotes
• Planning transport for deliveries and collections
• Proactively work jointly with all departments
• Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received
• Full training on product range will be given Requirements :
• Able to prioritise and deal with issues in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Has the capacity to work autonomously and to prioritise their workload to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft packages.
• Has strong business awareness and attention detail in every aspect of their work
