Your new role

As a Site Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of a high-end residential project in Dublin. You will oversee all on-site activities, guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to :

• Supervising and coordinating the efforts of subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Tracking project progress and generating comprehensive reports
• Efficiently managing site logistics and resources
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to address any issues
• Implementing and upholding quality control procedures
