INDHP As an integral part of our dynamic team, you'll be immersed in an environment driven by cutting-edge technology and fuelled by constant innovation. In this role, you will be working as part of the Wayleave Team. You will be based initially in Dublin and report to our Access & Liaison Manager. You will be responsible for surveying as built records of duct and cable schemes for enabling the provision of HFC & Fibre services to residential, business and MDU customers. You will also be detailing with members of the public, building owners and management companies etc. to ensure the required permissions are in place for detailed works.

  • Liaising with 3rd party stakeholders to ensure proposed works are agreeable and seek formal permissions.
  • Reporting back issues with problem solving approach.
  • Liaising with the client for detailed information where appropriate.
  • Walkout and survey area of new and proposed telecom build works.
  • Identify and record existing network detail to aid design planning.
  • Compile data capture information with the use of paper maps and online survey tools such as ArcGIS.
  • Survey new routes and quantify requirements & cable, civils, wayleaves etc.
  • Identify any SED's on route with vision to remove or document
  • Assist in ensuring design plans meet network needs in terms of reliability, wayleaves and capacity, and ensure the network is built for ease of use from an operations perspective.
  • Preparation of construction and way leave drawings and field survey packs for design teams.
  • Knowledge of telecom network builds or similar.
  • Excellent people orientation and communication skills.
  • 1+ years in a similar role.
  • Meticulous in note taking and detailed reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & use of apps such ArcGIS
