About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a  Probate Associate  to join the  Client Services Department.  The purpose of this role is to provide a professional and highly responsive service to clients, prospective clients, and all other persons contacting the Davy Probate team by telephone or email. Experience in probate is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acting as the first point of contact to clients; dealing promptly and efficiently with client’s queries.
  • Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure a best in class customer service experience.
  • Ensuring all queries, from either an internal or external source, are efficiently and professionally resolved and responded to relating to administration of deceased estates and probate valuations.
  • Ensuring all probate valuations, are produced and dispatched in an accurate and timely manner for administration of deceased estates.
  • Ensuring all holdings are investigated, priced correctly and confirmed with the Registrars using a professional and precise approach.
  • Ensuring all physical documentation is securely recorded and held in our safe custody.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Davy’s Risk Management Framework and internal policies and standards.
  • Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role
