Our client is a leading design and building contractor, they are seeking to appoint a Finishing Site Manager for a large scale residential development project in Lucan.

You will possess the ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders.

Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Supervise direct staff and sub-contractors.

Requirements

Experienced in timber frame & building envelopes

Confident in supervising site works

Strong Communicator

Able to work to targets and deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels

Strong interpersonal skills

Package

65K - €75K Negotiable dependant on experience
