Branded Content Lead

One of our wonderful clients, a fast-paced digital media company is looking for a senior video producer / director to lead its video production efforts. This role involves setting the creative vision, developing original concepts, and overseeing all aspects of video output across digital platforms and branded content.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead brainstorming and planning sessions for new content ideas

Develop creative decks and pitch content concepts

Oversee production schedules, shoots, and freelance teams

Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve output

Introduce innovative formats and series ideas

Collaborate with on-screen and off-screen talent

Guide editing process and ensure quality control

Requirements :

5+ years in a senior video production role

Strong social platform knowledge (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects

Strong grasp of content strategy and visual storytelling

Experience in sports media or similar fast-moving content space

Ideal Profile :

A creatively driven producer with a passion for engaging content. Comfortable owning projects from concept to execution, and quick to adapt to digital trends and emerging formats.

Salary from 50K DOE
