We are now looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The Role As a Programme Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for delivering mystery shopping programmes to a diverse client portfolio of clients. Managing your own portfolio of clients, youll co-ordinate visits and ensure the delivery of high-quality mystery shopping programmes. For larger scale programmes, youll work alongside other Programme Co-ordinators and the Operations Director. Choosing from our database of over 11,000 potential shoppers, youll select suitable shoppers and assign them to store visits for a number of clients. Youll ensure visits are carried out within deadlines and to an excellent standard. Additionally, you will : - Work with Shopper Trainers and Quality Checkers - Be involved in setting up and amending new and existing mystery shopping programmes on our platform - Develop and manage our social media activity - Maintain professional email and phone communications About You To be considered as a Programme Co-ordinator, you will need : - Office and / or administration experience - Project management and / or client management experience - Strong attention to detail - An organised approach to completing tasks with strong multitasking skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - IT proficiency, especially in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Other organisations may call this role Programme Administrator, Client Account Co-ordinator, Project Support Officer, Client Services Co-ordinator, Operations Administrator, Junior Project Manager, Programme Assistant, or Client Relationship Co-ordinator.
