Location : Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

Job Type : Permanent - Full time

Salary : Up to €80,000 + Bonus

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Plumbing Senior Branch Manager to join our client’s growing team based near Rathcoole. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager in the Plumbing industry to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes :

Overseeing the daily operations of the plumbing branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase branch profitability and market share.

Managing and mentoring branch staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.

Building and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors to enhance service offerings.

Monitoring financial performance of the branch, preparing budgets and forecasts.

Analysing market trends and adapting business strategies to meet changing customer needs.

Experience you need :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing sales or a similar field.

Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and services.

Proven track record in a managerial sales role, ideally in branch management.

Ability to build strong relationships and network effectively with clients and industry professionals.
