Site Agent - Civils

Overview : We are currently recruiting a Site Agent for a major public realm project in Carlow, working with a well-established and reputable civil engineering contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in managing civil engineering works from start to finish. Key Responsibilities : Manage all site activities and ensure the smooth delivery of the civil works package. Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to meet programme targets. Monitor site performance, progress, and compliance with project plans. Ensure implementation of Health & Safety standards at all times. Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and local authorities. Prepare site reports, risk assessments and method statements. Maintain accurate documentation and site records. Requirements : Minimum 4 years experience in a Site Agent or similar senior site role. Strong civil engineering background with experience on public realm or infrastructure projects. Proficient in reading construction drawings and planning works. Full driving licence. Relevant tickets including Safe Pass and manual handling.
