12 month contract Global enterprise business €600 per day We’re working with a leading technology team seeking a seasoned Programme Manager for a 12-month day rate contract based in Dublin West (hybrid model). If you’re an expert at leading complex tech programmes across cross-functional teams and driving meaningful change at scale, this role will put you right at the heart of transformation. What You’ll Be Doing : Leading multiple interrelated projects across digital platforms with accountability for timelines, budget, and delivery outcomes. Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme alignment with wider business goals. Coordinating agile delivery teams, risk and issue management, and dependency tracking across a large-scale tech environment. Promoting continuous improvement and fostering innovation across delivery streams. What You’ll Bring : 10+ years of experience in senior project / programme management roles within fast-paced tech environments. Demonstrated ability to drive results in matrixed, cross-functional setups. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead through others and engage senior stakeholders. Proven track record managing Agile software delivery teams. A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on long-term impact.
