Applications are invited for the following post : Emergency Arrangements Lead (Grade VII) (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference : 300 / 2025) As the Emergency Arrangements Lead, you will be at the forefront of the universitys readiness to respond to unexpected events. This role is dedicated to developing and maintaining effective emergency preparedness across campus enabling swift, coordinated, and safe responses to incidents that may affect students, staff, and campus users. Working collaboratively with Schools, Functions, academic units, research centres, and professional services, you will shape the systems that assist them manage critical situations and uphold a culture of safety and resilience. The role of an Emergency Arrangements Lead is critical in ensuring the university is adequately prepared to respond to crises, minimise risks, and protect the safety of all campus users. This is an onsite role. Hours of Work : A 35- hour working week is in operation. Location : The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e. Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght. Regular attendance at other sites will be required. Salary : The successful candidate will be appointed at point (01) of the Administrative Officer (Grade VII) Salary Scale i.e. € 59,417 gross per annum Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
