Role We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist in Cyber Defence / Penetration Testing to join our Cyber Security practice in Belfast.

The KPMG Cyber Defence (CDS) Team conducts client-facing technical assurance and penetration testing, with expertise across various sectors including Financial Services, Defence, and Telecommunications.

Ideal candidates will have : Clear understanding of penetration testing and red-teaming Experience managing and delivering testing projects Knowledge of information security principles Strong technical background in computing, networks, and programming Ability to produce high-quality deliverables independently and in teams Excellent communication skills Experience leading and mentoring technical teams Interest in working with diverse clients, including multinational corporations Advantages include knowledge of NCSC CTAS and CPA schemes, secure environments, R&D, and Threat Intelligence.

A full, clean driver's license and access to a car are preferred due to travel requirements.

Core responsibilities include : Managing and delivering penetration testing services Project scoping, financial and risk management Overseeing testing teams and reviewing deliverables Building client relationships and identifying business opportunities Contributing to proposals and client presentations Team KPMG's Cyber Security team is recognized globally for its leadership and expertise in cyber transformation and strategic engagements across sectors.
