Community Employment Project vacancies to be filled with LONGFORD SPECIAL NEEDS CARERS CLG - Domestic Cleaner (2 vacancies)

Job Description :

General up-keep of all units within St. Christopher's Services and units under the auspices of St. Christopher's Services including bathrooms / stairs / offices / canteen etc
To comply with safety procedures when dealing with cleaning agents
When needed to assist with canteen duties i.e. dinners / teas etc.
To use PPE provided for the job
To comply with St. Christopher's Services and Community Employment Project Safety Statement and uphold safety procedures within the unit.

Duration of post : - 1 year subject to 3 years.

Hours per week : - 19.5 hours

Eligibility Criteria :

Eligibility to participate on Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.

Eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

This is a developmental opportunity,

No experience necessary as accredited training will be provided to support the candidates career.
