We are hiring for our client, a well-established and independent wealth management and insurance business, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Advisor to join their growing team. Based in Dublin and operating across Leinster, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, client-focused professional to work within a dynamic and values-driven environment.

As Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalised financial planning advice across life insurance, pensions, investments, and protection, while actively developing and growing your own client book.

  • The Role :

  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while developing new business leads
  • Provide holistic financial advice across retirement planning, investments, protection, and life insurance
  • Conduct in-depth client financial reviews and present suitable product recommendations
  • Generate leads through referral networks, existing contacts, and internal opportunities
  • Maintain client records to a high regulatory and compliance standard using CRM systems
  • Stay up to date with product, legislative, and regulatory changes
  • Meet agreed sales and client development targets and record progress through internal reporting tools
  • Network internally across business divisions and externally to drive opportunity
  • Uphold company values and maintain a professional image and service standard at all times
  • The Person :

  • QFA qualified (essential); RPA, AIIPM, or CFP qualifications (desirable)
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the life & pensions industry, preferably in a broker setting
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Technically strong with knowledge of the full financial product market
  • Highly professional, confident communicator, and relationship builder
  • Comfortable managing a personal client base and developing new opportunities
  • Full clean driving licence and personal vehicle
  • Committed to CPD and continuous learning
