As Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalised financial planning advice across life insurance, pensions, investments, and protection, while actively developing and growing your own client book.

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while developing new business leadsProvide holistic financial advice across retirement planning, investments, protection, and life insuranceConduct in-depth client financial reviews and present suitable product recommendationsGenerate leads through referral networks, existing contacts, and internal opportunitiesMaintain client records to a high regulatory and compliance standard using CRM systemsStay up to date with product, legislative, and regulatory changesMeet agreed sales and client development targets and record progress through internal reporting toolsNetwork internally across business divisions and externally to drive opportunityUphold company values and maintain a professional image and service standard at all timesThe Person :
QFA qualified (essential); RPA, AIIPM, or CFP qualifications (desirable)Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the life & pensions industry, preferably in a broker settingProven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targetsTechnically strong with knowledge of the full financial product marketHighly professional, confident communicator, and relationship builderComfortable managing a personal client base and developing new opportunitiesFull clean driving licence and personal vehicleCommitted to CPD and continuous learning
