We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent for our well-established client based in Park West. The role offers up to 32,500 salary with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries received from multiple channels.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times.
- Review warranty claims and payments with clients.
- Present and maintain customer service & warranty reports.
- Deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers.
- Operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards.
- Display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries.
Knowledge and skills :
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate person.Customer service experience within the motor industry would be ideal, however training will be providedEffectively understanding customer needs and communicating with professionalism and warmth is essential.You should be adaptable and confident in navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required.Critical Skills :
