As we expand our presence in Ireland, we’re looking for a Country Manager to spearhead growth, drive enterprise sales, and establish Workfully as the go-to recruitment platform in Amsterdam and beyond.

Role Overview

As Country Manager in Ireland, you’ll be responsible for launching and scaling Workfully’s presence in the region. You’ll own revenue growth , build strategic relationships, and establish a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients . This role is for a natural deal-closer and community builder —someone who can drive sales while creating brand awareness through events and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Expand Workfully’s business in the region

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in Ireland.
  • Establish Workfully as the leading recruitment platform in the region.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new client acquisition in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and delivery .
  • Own a revenue target and ensure consistent pipeline growth .
  • Growth & Marketing Execution

  • Utilize marketing budgets to generate inbound and outbound leads .
  • Launch targeted campaigns, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives .
  • Events & Community Building

  • Plan and execute high-impact recruitment and HR events to engage potential clients.
  • Leverage your network in Amsterdam & Benelux to drive attendance and interest.
  • Represent Workfully at key industry conferences and meetups .
  • Who You Are

    A Business Builder : You have built a recruitment business from scratch , driving revenue and scaling operations.

    A Proven Closer : You’ve personally closed at least 25 new clients , managing the full sales cycle from lead gen to delivery .

    A Network Powerhouse : You have a strong personal network in the Amsterdam and Benelux recruitment and HR ecosystem.

    A Growth-Oriented Leader : You thrive in fast-paced, startup environments and are comfortable with ownership and autonomy .

    A Strategic Thinker : You understand how to balance sales, marketing, and events to drive sustainable business growth.
