We're Hiring : Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

We’re looking for a  Business Systems Analyst  to join our team in Dublin! If you're skilled in Salesforce and love aligning business needs with smart technical solutions, this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll do :

Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, and more to improve business processes via Salesforce

Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specs

Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, dashboards, validation rules, etc.)

Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials

Maintain data quality and ensure smooth integrations with other systems

Keep up with Salesforce best practices and recommend improvements

Act as the bridge between business teams and IT

What we’re looking for :

Salesforce Administrator Certification

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
