The Campus Maintenance Operative will report to the Campus Maintenance Manager who in turn reports to the Campus Services Manager. Campus Maintenance is responsible for but not limited to, the maintenance and upkeep of College grounds hard and soft landscaping, fabric and roofing, window cleaning, pavements, roadways, external signage, fencing, railings, window cleaning, drains, etc. Hours of Post : 39 hours per week

• This appointment will be made on the Fortnightly Groundsperson Salary Scale (€1,322.81- 1,491.24 per fortnight) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. New entrants to the public sector will be placed on the 1st point of this scale. Post status : Permanent Contract
