People Operations Analyst Dublin (Hybrid) Permanent Full-time A leading public sector body is seeking a People Operations Analystto join its high-performing HR function. This is a broad and varied role where youll contribute to HR operations, data analysis, compliance, procurement, and the successful delivery of strategic people initiatives. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across HR, legal, procurement, and compliance functions. Ideal for someone who enjoys structure, analysis, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Produce and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making Ensure data quality and accuracy across people systems; troubleshoot and escalate data issues Support budgeting and financial reporting across the HR function Coordinate and manage the HR procurement calendar, liaising with procurement and legal teams Monitor and manage CRM / tender systems, ensuring timely delivery of HR projects and contracts Lead or support HR projects including process improvement, transformation, and policy implementation Maintain and update HR risk registers, compliance documents, and audit responses Liaise with risk, compliance, and audit teams on best practices and internal reviews Ensure GDPR compliance across HR records, systems, and document management Support testing, data cleansing, and implementation during HRIS or systems change projects Assist in internal / external audits, file reviews, and document tracking Collaborate with wider HR team on continuous improvement and digital HR initiatives Background / Experience Experience in HR operations, data / reporting, or compliance Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, HRIS, or dashboarding tools a plus) Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-team collaboration Knowledge of GDPR, procurement, or public sector compliance is desirable Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit HR team How to apply : Send your CV to Sarah Friel in Lex Consultancy Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
